i Clinic General Internal Medicine, Pulmonology and Radiology was established on June 1, 2015, in Imabari, Ehime, Japan, and initialized medical practices on July 1, 2015, with advanced medical imaging devices.

i Clinic is founded and run by two doctors; a physician, Hirohiko Ikura, MD, Ph.D., and a radiologist, Miho Ikura, MD, Ph.D.

Dr. Hirohiko Ikura specializes in internal medicine, especially respiratory medicine.

He is a fellow of the Japanese Society of Internal Medicine, a senior fellow of the Japanese Respiratory Society, a fellow of the Japanese Radiological Society, and a General Clinical Oncologist certificated by the Japanese Board of Cancer Therapy.

Dr. Miho Ikura specializes in radiology.

She is a fellow of the Japanese Radiological Society, a fellow of the Japanese Society of Nuclear Medicine, and a General Clinical Oncologist certificated by the Japanese Board of Cancer Therapy.

Also, they are both specialists in the field of mammography diagnosis, certificated by the Japanese Central Organization on Quality Assurance of Breast Cancer Screening.
